Monday Weigh In

So....Week 1 didn't go as well as I would have liked, but I did loose 0.6 pounds. I got all my exercise in, but there were probably 3 days that my eating wasn't the best. Especially yesterday, where I ate way too many desserts!

This week should be easier and I am determined to report back next Monday with a 1 pound weight loss! Stay tuned...

You should join Operation Hottness:) with a couple of us girls over here in the UK1 We weigh in on Sundays and report our wait to eachother! I was the "hottest" last week and they are mad cause I think they are in to a bit more then me!

Congrats on the loss, remember it's going in the right direction. Women lose differently than men do we tend to only lose twice a month.... Good luck with next weigh in!!

Hang in there Nichole.........I found it was better for me not to constantly weigh myself.......it takes time. It really took a couple of weeks of strictly sticking to my new way of eating before I really saw any significant weight loss.
